Admissions

1. If you wish to register a place for your child, please complete the Registration Form below. If you are registering multiple children, please complete a separate form for each child.

2. We will then be in touch to book your visit to Elizabeth House. At the visit you will receive a tour of the nursery which will be tailored to your child/children's childcare requirements. We strongly encourage you to bring your child/children for the visit.

3. After your visit, if you decide to add your child to our waiting list please let us know as soon as possible. There is a non-refundable waiting list fee of £100. 

4. When/if a place becomes available, you will be contacted via our Admissions Department.

Please note, we prioritise places for families who apply for a higher number of childcare days per week. Two-day packages are very popular, it is, therefore, unlikely we will be able to offer two-day places to all families. 

For children entering the academic year before they start school (the year they turn 4 years old) we require a minimum number of three days per week to ensure your child is prepared for school and gets the full benefit from our curriculum.

We are happy to accept Registration Forms prior to the birth of your child. Please put "Baby" where it requests child's first name and your due date where it requests child's DOB. Once your baby is born please update the Nursery via email: admissions@elizabethhousenursery.co.uk
